I Need Help Losing Weight

The last 3 months I’ve been trying to lose some weight with no luck. I think maybe its because I’m a bit a little depressed. I just have too much time on my hands being out of work. I really need something to get me started. I have thought about going back to weight watchers but I really can’t afford to go back. I’ve been thinking about looking for a safe weight loss pills to try. I did have some luck before using diet pills so if I can find one I can afford I’m thinking of trying one.

I feel your pain! I've gained almost 10 pounds since stopping my progesterone cream and sitting here blogging. I think I'm going to start walking every day to see if that helps. And, I've been bad about snacking more out of boredom than hunger. Maybe summer will help!

I would really suggest avoiding diet pills. There is no quick fix to losing weight in a HEALTHY manner. The only thing that truly works is decreasing calories and increasing exercise (calories burned).

I understand having depression as a barrier...truly. But sometimes exercise makes the depression better too. :)

Hi... I wouldn't really go with the diet pills either. They're not that safe, and chances are you'd likely gain it back when you don't use them anymore...

I feel your pain!! Since I've been unemployed I've gained about 10 lbs and I have all the time in the world to work out but I don't. {{sigh}} Good luck and keep plugging along.

Talking regular walks will help burn fat and as an added bonus they will help you to overcome the depression.
10,000 steps per day will also reduce your risk of strokes and heart related illnesses.
