Holiday Stress

If its not problems with my internet it’s trouble with E-card. After the holiday stress I’m in need of some good weight loss pills. I know it’s not the best way to lose weight but it the only way that works for me. I really want to lose 40 to 50 lbs. That’s going to be one my New Year resolutions. I’ve seen other bloggers do it so I think I can too. My daughter said that I should put Smokey and Tiger on a diet too. I think their just fine.

I can't ever imagine putting my little cat on a diet. She continually rubs and rubs my legs when she decides that she need or wants something else to eat. I leave cat kibble down at all times and with this she has tinned tuna and little cat meals of jellied lumps or little morsels in juice. Then on top of this she also has daily treats. Do I spoil her? Yes! lol This was caused because when we had her as a kitten she was as thin as a lath - an abandoned sweet little strip of fur that we wondered whether we would ever be able to raise her. We struggled to get her to eat ... now she's ten and I think it's fair to say - she rules us especially where food is concerned.

In reply to your diet pills - have you considered a bouncer/rebounder? They are really amazing - just a few minutes per day for about five days out of seven and the weight falls off and they appear to create such a lot of energy inside you. I believe it's something to do with cleansing the lymphatic system. It also helps with circulation so it's probably a mixture of both it seems to jump the fat out of the body. Anyway it's worth a thought. Mine has now one broken spring too many so I'm out to buy another one.

Smokey and Tiger look just fine to me! Kitty bellies are cute!

There are several blogs out there that provide good motivation for losing weight. Off the top of my head I can think of Health Nut Wannabee Mom, Confessions of a Fitness Diva, and of course Everyday Living and his unwavering devotion to that Total Gym! (I'd like an ounce of his willpower!) Whatever you choose, best of luck and I wish you success!

Thank you, BeadedTail:) We have had to put Koko on a diet and I must say that he hates it. With his diabetes, he can't afford to be as fat as he is, so we have to give him controlled portions. If you want any help with your diet, please let me know. Oh, did I mention that I use the Total Gym??

That gray cat (last pic) looks EXACTLY like my cat, Spookey, that I had as a teenager. He thought he was a dog. Thanks for the cute pictures.

I think that your two cats are beautiful. They don't need to lose any weight. If you like, come and see my two kitties:http://jigsawslair.blogspot.com/2008/12/cats-at-christmas.html
