I’ve been thinking both the boys and myself need to lose some weight. Guess I’ll have to cut some of the treats out for both of us. I have tried lots of different was to lose weight with some success. But sooner or later the weight comes back.
I’m thinking of giving alli a try. It is a non-prescription diet pill. It reduces the amount of fat the body absorbs. You get a weight loss program to help you with your weight loss.
