Bad Boy

Have any of you cat lovers ever lost a cat? Well not really lost but misplaced. No not even that I don't know what to call it.

I was getting ready to go visit my mother but before I leave the house I make sure I know where my boys are (Smokey and Tiger). Aren't they cute? I just love those boys. :)

Well any how I found Smokey but Tiger wasn't coming to me no matter what I did. I looked everywhere. I got some toys and started shaking them... no Tiger. I was starting to panic, I hadn't been out of the house so there was no way he could be outside. But I looked outside still, when I came back in from outside there was Tiger in the hall way. When I asked him where he'd been he just put his head down in shame. I think he know he had scared the crap out of me.

Little Isis has a great knack for doing that.
Here in the shop, she has found some amazingly clever places to hide.
And just as I'm about to panic, thinking she's walked out the door with a customer, I'll turn around and she'll be sitting there in the middle of the floor looking at me like "You rang?"
Little Imp.
I swear, she's teleporting over to Jeter Harris's house or something and popping back when my back is turned!
luv,
not the mama

Yes--that happened to me just the other day with one of my kitties--I searched all his favorite hiding places and couldn't find him anywhere. I was panicked he'd escaped somehow...and then he just appeared out of nowhere!

Isn't that the scariest thing? I have to find Isabella and Angel before I leave and if they don't come to the door when we come home, which is their norm, then I run through the house looking for them. Usually the can opener or the bag of Temptations will bring them out of their hiding place and lower my stress level!

Aw, Tiger was just playing hide-n-seek with you. My Spunky Doodle likes that game too. One day though, she sneaked into the closet as I was getting out my jacket and I didn't notice. She was stuck in the closet all day until I got back. Since then I always make sure I know where she is before leaving the house. A couple ways to get her to come is to press the phone buttons on our pulse that make a sound or open the tuna flakes.

We like to do that to our Mom. We find a "special" place and then appear out of thin air!!

I do that sometimes. It is a very fun joke!

Say, who is that very handsome Mancat in your EC spot today? Why, it's my Grayson! Hi, sweetie!

I've even managed to misplace my DOGS! I really panic when I can't find one of them even after calling. Usually Trooper is hiding from me behind the couch or in the spare bedroom. =D But I always panic that they've dug under the fence!

My Kelly girl does this to me all the time. She likes to hide in the rafters of the basement. One day I was even late to work because I couldn't find her. I drove around the block and checked the house 3 times. When I came home, there she was right in the doorway where she likes to greet me.
